Rich is not only a coach at Parkinson's Boxing, he's also a client of Parkinson's Boxing, as he was diagnosed with Parkinson's about seven years ago. When he was diagnosed, his Neurologist suggested he contact Parkinson's Boxing to help improve his symptoms and his quality of life. Rich is still involved today and doing many things that he did BEFORE his diagnosis and symptoms arrived. I was around 58 when my thumb started giving me problems.
